Camping facilities at this show include:

• Chemical waste disposal points
• Drinking water
• Showers on-site

Please be advised that there is no electric hook-up but you are more than welcome to bring a small generator with you.

Booking Terms & Conditions

MIN 2 NIGHT STAY - LATEST CHECK IN IS SATURDAY. Cost – up to 4 nights £80. Accompanied children under the age of 14 are free, additional adults are £15 per person for the duration of your stay

• Stay from Wednesday 4th June 5 nights = £100
• Stay from Thursday 5th June 4 nights = £80
• Stay from Friday 6th June 3 nights = £60
• Stay from Saturday 7th June 2 nights = £40

2. All monies must be paid in advance unless prior agreement with the organiser's has been made

3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Check-in times 10am until 6pm

5. Evening entertainment is also included in the camping fee

6. There is no restriction on unit size

7. If you have not pre-booked camping, we cannot guarantee availability of space

Evening Entertainment Terms

1. Evening entertainment shows begin promptly at 7:30 pm. Gates open at 6:00 pm. Please arrive in good time.

2. Tickets cost £15 per person and are non-refundable once purchased.

3. All evening guests must present a valid ticket upon entry. Tickets may be checked at any time during the event.

4. The Westpoint Indoor Arena reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who displays inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

5. Alcohol and food purchased outside the venue are not permitted inside the arena. Food and drinks are available for purchase within the venue.

6. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

7. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

8. Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only. Commercial recording without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. The venue accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Guests should ensure their belongings are secure at all times.

10. The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the advertised lineup without prior notice.

11. Free parking at the venue.

12. NO DOGS ALLOWED FOR THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
